Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Engagement Overview
By accessing or contracting software engineering services with L2CL Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and individual Statements of Work (SOWs) govern specific client deliverables.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer
Upon receipt of milestone payments as defined in the project SOW, 100% of custom source code, documentation, and architecture deliverables are transferred to the client.
3. Warranties & SLA
L2CL delivers software with high engineering standards, providing standard post-launch bug warranty periods as stipulated in the formal client contract.
